All townhouses have now been sold. The rear 11 units are at lock-up stage, rear landscaping has been completed, tiling has begun and joinery is being installed. The front scaffold has been dropped, with all rendering and glazing complete on the cantilevered walls. Plastering for the front 11 units will commence at the beginning of December. Practical completion is looking to be around April 2018.
The demolition contractor, City Circle, has been appointed for The Standard Port Melbourne, with demolition expected to commence in January 2018 once the current tenants lease ends. Strong sale interest in the development has seen all Townhouses sell out, with only a handful of apartments left.
