Stage One at Nicholson & Reid is moving along and is expected to be complete by March, with the Nicholson Street frontage taking shape. Stage Two is targeting a June start date, with the development expected to be complete by 2017.

Plans have been endorsed from council and the building permit has been issued and excavation has begun for the basement carpark at our residential development in Thornbury. Marketing is currently being finalised and this project is expected to hit the market in March, around the same time construction commences.
Cubo Group is currently in the planning stage for a five storey, 28 apartment complex with seven townhouses at 104 John Street, Brunswick East. The design and layout are currently under consideration, stay tuned for further updates.
