Glenferrie & Oxley Road, Hawthorn
Drain relocation works have begun at Glenferrie & Oxley Road, a Cubo Group and Banco Group joint venture to re-develop the existing office building to add 194 apartments to the rear of the site. Relocation works are expected to take a few months and involve relocating a large stormwater drain to allow basement works to be completed.
