All plaster work is complete, while all joinery, painting, tiling and robes are complete in the rear 11 units. The water upgrade and tap in have been completed, with gas and electricity to be brought into the site in the next few weeks as we enter the final few months of the build, preparing for completion around May.
The majority of the internal strip out works have been completed at 538 Williamstown Road, with demolition of the existing building expected to commence within the next 3 weeks. All 15 apartments and 17 townhouses have been sold following a quick and successful advertising campaign!
Internal strip out of the rear building has been completed, with the existing roof sheets being replaced. All works have been completed to allow for the new tenant to begin their fit-out.
B.R. Demolition has been appointed as the demolition contractor at 14 Woodruff Street. Internal strip out works have been completed on levels 1 and 2, with another two weeks remaining on the ground floor.
