United Petroleum has taken over as lead tenant to Lot 1 and have completed a full refurb of both the interior and exterior of the building. Creative Cubes, a company specialising in collaborative workspaces have signed on as the Lot 3 tenant, and are in the process of completing their own fit-out.
The internal strip out has been completed by B.R. Demolition, and the roof is in the process of being taken off by the boys at DEC. 22 high-end apartments and 5,000m2 of office spare are set to transform this site.
Demolition of the existing warehouse and site cut has been completed, with works on the basement servicing the 15 apartments to begin in the next few weeks.
