600 GLENFERRIE ROAD

600 Glenferrie Road was a joint venture between Cubo Group and Banco Group to construct a commercial development in Hawthorn complete with a three level underground car park and over 7,000m2 of office space. Bupa Insurance is signed on as the lead tenant, and there are currently plans in the pipeline to convert part of this development into an apartment complex comprising over 200 apartments.
