Completed in early 2024, ‘The Elm’ is a sophisticated, contemporary reflection of Brunswick East’s history and evolution. The project is boutique in both its size and design, and offers contemporary, low-maintenance, elegant living in an urban setting.

Marketed toward owner-occupiers and down sizers, the apartments present spacious, natural light filled dwellings, while the building materials specified pay homage to the suburb’s industrial past.

Cobolt Constructions was engaged as the principal contractor and successfully completed the project in a 20-month construction programme.
