DRUMMOND STREET

Bought in 2014, 100 Drummond Street was previously the head office of the Cancer Council of Victoria, however after an extensive refurbishment, has been transformed into 2,700m2 of office space spread over three levels. The refurbishment required a complete overhaul of the internal floor plan, including the removal of internal walls, the installation of new bathrooms, carpet and flooring, automatic sliding doors, and re-painting to bring the building into the 21st century.
