York Street was another warehouse conversion by Cubo Group. Consisting of 27 three-bedroom townhouses, it was essential from both a cost and aesthetic perspective to retain the existing brick structure. Each unit is linked by a walkway with plenty of green space to offset the extensive brickwork.
