I agree that prior to entering this job site, I will wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (Closed resilient soled footwear/safety footwear and a hi-visibility vest, as well as a hard-hat when required. Prior to entry I have made my presence on site known to the project manager or a Cubo Projects member and they have approved my site visit. I agree that I will, while on site, ensure I move about safely and will not obstruct any persons completing on-site work, and will not hinder their attempts to complete their job safely and productively. If I notice any hazards on site I will immediately inform a Cubo Projects member.
