Cubo Groups fit out division – Cubo Projects was successful in its tender for the ‘Clarity Medical’ fit-out in St Kilda East.

Works included the complete strip out of all wall and ceiling linings and partial demolition of internal walls including remediation works, as well as the resheeting of the tiled and flat roof extension.

The façade was refreshed and the internal fit out included seven new consulting rooms, a pathology and treatment room and PM office and staff kitchenette and toilet facilities.

The project was completed on a five month construction programme and within budget.
