HOPE & PERCY STREET

Hope and Percy Street was another joint venture with Banco Group to develop a former kitchenware factory into a development complex comprising 175 apartments and office and retail space with a community vibe, linking the various apartment complexes by communal space and landscaped areas. The development was completed in two stages over five years. 110 apartments were completed in 2007 to mark the end of Stage One, whilst Stage Two saw the completion of the final 65 apartments in 2012.
